I wanted to break with the traditional red & greens of Christmas. That and I was being lazy and wanted something cute and quick. So I decided to go with the idiot proof type of nail polish (glitter) and I knew these dried really fast. Plus I have worn My Favorite Ornament in some sort of way at Christmas since I bought it. So I had to keep tradition. I actually ended up loving these two together. The gold of My Favorite Ornament does look really pale and slightly mustard yellow compared to the bright silver/holo but I thought it was an interesting contrast especially with their different textures.
Overall I am giving this look a 6 out of 6 stars. I adore both of these colors and I liked them together.
